Fight Camp (Wednesdays)

Join the best boxing boot camp in East London and change the way you work out. This is not an ordinary gym class. Learn real boxing skills, improve fitness, feel challenged and most importantly have fun.


The MAW boxing boot camp classes are specifically designed to improve your speed, endurance and boxing technique using a mixture of agility, HIIT, strength training and boxing drills. These drills will challenge and push you past limits that you didn’t even know existed.


During the boot camp classes, we work together in a small group so you reap the benefits of working with others but also from a little bit of healthy competition.


No session is ever the same. The only thing that is consistent is the feeling of achievement, and exhaustion, at the end of each class.
